This blog is being started about halfway through a five-year work assignment in Germany. I’m starting it in order to share information about and photos of my travels throughout Europe and beyond.
I’m Patricia and I’m currently living in the Wiesbaden area of Germany, working as a civilian with the United States Army.
My husband, Sean, is retired from the United States Coast Guard and is now pursuing higher education.
First and foremost, this blog is about our travels.
Second and almost as important, we like to sample the local beverages whenever we can or try making new beverages at home. This isn’t always adult beverages, either. It could be a coffee or whatever. But usally it’s an adult beverage. Hence the “tipples” part of the blog.
